Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, GeminiCreations13 is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. Any such charges must be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
GeminiCreations13 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
